Office Coordinator - Temp 1 month - San Francisco - $28-$33 / hour

A leading affordable housing nonprofit organization specializing in real estate development and property management, is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to provide onsite administrative support across functions and projects, and handle day-to-day operations of the office.

  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Duration : 1 month, possible temp-to-hire
  • Location : 100% onsite in San Francisco Financial District, close to BART

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Provide friendly customer service to visitors and staff as the first point of contact with the office
  • Administrative duties including phones, emails, copying, and providing back up support to the general office staff as necessary
  • Maintain office equipment (phone, faxes, copiers, postage, etc.)
  • Maintain facilities (break room, office moves, repairs, general appearance of office)
  • Purchasing (including office supplies, stationary, lunchroom supplies, equipment, etc.)
  • Contact and contract with office vendors (janitorial, repairs, contractors, etc.)
  • Liaison with landlord and building management company on issues and questions
  • Assist with office projects as needed
  • Maintain and track office badges

Ideal Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative assistant role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills and flexibility in working with several Windows-based programs
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
