The restaurant is dinner only, 7 days a week, serving a-la-carte menu. Italian steakhouse concept with a fully renovated kitchen expo line. Seeking someone who has passion in Italian cuyisine (scratch kitchen). Current team consists of 5 staff including a salary sous chef. Total revenue is around $3.5-4M.

Salary range: $95-110K full time benefits
