Pepper's Personal Assistants is a fast-growing household management company that serves executives and business owners by outsourcing their household tasks, errands, and projects. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team to manage various HR functions, support our managers and team of personal assistants, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR operation and administrative functions. They will be a competent team member who is able to create HR initiatives and best practices, support and sustain a feedback culture, and to ensure the success of all HR functions within the company to drive organizational growth and long-term success.
This is a remote position that reports directly to the CEO and partners with other members of the administrative team. Once a month, in-person meetings and occasional all-staff meetings are required, therefore, we are only considering local candidates in the Seattle area.
