Primary Location : Ascension St. Vincent Jobsite - West 86th Street, Indianapolis

Secondary Location : Pepper Office - 1850 W 15th Street, Indianapolis

Work Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm through the summer or longer if needed

Job Summary :

• Entering in data entry for Safety Orientation
• Assist with printing documents and signs
• Helping with mail, ordering supplies, stocking, and taking inventory.
• Ordering lunches
• Assist with laminating
• Assist with submittals and change orders
• Other administrative duties as assigned
