Job Details for Recruiter: 

• Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
• Pay Rate: $30/hr paid weekly!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Recruiter:

• Serve as the primary HR contact, addressing questions or issues and providing appropriate guidance. 
• Addresses employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, directing intricate and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate personnel. 
• Executes full-cycle recruitment processes, encompassing advertising, candidate sourcing, reviewing resumes and applications, conducting phone/video screenings for qualified applicants, participating in interviews, and initiating employment offers.
• Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, along with recommended best practices; reviews and updates policies and practices to ensure ongoing compliance. 
• Acts as the primary point of contact for special projects as required.

Job Requirements for Recruiter:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience. 
• Proficient in various programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, ADP Net Benefits and PSW Fidelity.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Have a strong attention to detail while working in hit specific deadlines and a demonstrated ability to multitask.
