About Your Day-to-Day:
- You’ll spend most of your day on the phone interviewing, qualifying candidates, and building relationships
- Provide outstanding customer service as the main point of contact for all your workers’ needs and concerns
- We’re a team environment, so you’ll work cross-functionally with all departments, including payroll, compliance and human resources
- Support and execute the goals of the company effectively and uphold company values
About You:
- A background in recruiting for Industrial or Marine Staffing, sales, retail, customer services, call center
- Goal oriented
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
- Flexible schedule and ready to work typical hours as needed
- Outstanding communicator with excellent time management skills
- Computer proficient with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
