PeopleShare is hiring for a dynamic and rapidly growing logistics company dedicated to providing top-notch transportation and shipping services.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Customer Service Representative. If you are detail-oriented, a multitasker, and a great communicator, we'd love to have you on board.

Payrate : Up to $21 / hr

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative :

• You'll answer calls politely, help with inquiries, and direct calls to the right people.
• You'll enter and update data about shipments, orders, and customers accurately.
• Keep client files organized, accessible, and safe with up-to-date information.
• You'll help trucks and our logistics team stay in touch, sharing delivery updates and estimated arrival times, and addressing delays promptly.
• You'll make sure the right documents are ready and help get shipments through customs smoothly for international deliveries.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative :

• Must be able to type 40 words per minute
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service representative or call center experience
