We are looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for a creative, social media savvy candidate who has experience assisting in creating and executing multi-level marketing campaigns for the real estate and hospitality industries. 

This position has an emphasis on graphic design and requires excellent organizational skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to assist in creating, developing, and executing concepts and ideas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to working as part of a team with a flexible and positive approach.

This role has specialized requirements in both the graphic design and marketing fields. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• E-mail campaign design and development
• E-mail campaign distribution, list management, and sourcing, building test emails, distribute and solicit feedback
• Update marketing collateral, promo material sourcing, ordering, and management 
• Printed marketing material sourcing, imagery, and graphics retouch, resize, and distribution
• Stationery updating, paper and binding ordering 
• Photography and photo editing 
• Updating floorplans, stacking plans and site plans
• Graphics for maps, data, harts, and presentations 
• Broker tour books 
• Signage
• Organization of Dropbox marketing materials, assets, and files 
• Image Library 
• Investor finance and equity packages 
• Managing files for/with third party vendor partners 
• Social Media management, content, posting & listening/responding 
• ILS Listings updating and management (Commercial) 
• In Design file department management 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field of study from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years hands on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 
• Professional level knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop is a MUST (Candidates without professional level knowledge will not be considered; Testing will be required.) 
• Must have experience working with luxury real estate, hospitality/private golf club industries
• Strong communication skills 
• “Get It Done” attitude 
• Copywriting skills a plus
• Good working knowledge of Mail Chimp and Constant Contact a plus
