Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team who will manage and execute our social media strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, and cultivate leads and sales. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual passionate about social media and digital marketing.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content. Social Media lead generation and tracking leads that convert to clients/customers is essential.

You will also develop compelling content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in branding, social media platforms, lead generation, and a passion for creating high-quality content.

Networking with influencers is a plus.

The candidate must be local to Boca Raton, FL, and be available to work out of the spa as needed. A flexible schedule is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Analyze social media data to identify trends and insights, optimize performance, and report on key metrics
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of web and social media management platforms
• Familiarity with stigmatized principles and advertising techniques
• Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment analysis
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus performance bonus (this role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week and the ability to attend on-site and relevant industry-related events). In addition, discounted rates for services and treatments are available for active employees.
