Do you have Payroll Experience?Penmac is currently seeking an individual for a Temporary Admin / Accounting PositionMonday Friday8a to 5p$20 per hour / Depending on ExperienceJob Duties will include, but are not limited to :

• Approve and reconcile weekly payroll in RPTS
• Assist and reconcile credit card and fuel receipt coding
• Prepare certain general ledger reconciliations
• Understanding of the key financial statements and the supporting general ledger.
• Team-oriented, able to work and contribute to a multi-skilled, multi-experienced group.

Qualifications :

• Must be a self-motivator
• Strong interpersonal skills, including people, listening, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills

Education and Experience :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Accounting and or Finance Degree
