The Chief Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance, are working properly and up to the hotel’s operating standards. Provide supervision, instruction, and training to Maintenance Engineers. Responsible for ensuring the budget is achieved, brand standards are met, appropriate documentation on preventative maintenance and training of staff is maintained. Ensures compliance of all regulatory federal, state, and local guidelines.
