Job Title: Chief of Engineer
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting, as well as experience with preventative maintenance and managing a team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
- Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting systems
- Read and interpret meter readings to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage maintenance records and communicate with team members
- Maintain and repair walk-in coolers and freezers
- Ensure compliance with CPO regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting systems
- Experience with preventative maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of walk-in cooler and freezer maintenance
- CPO certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
