Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Vice President of Finance to join our executive team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The VP of Finance will play a crucial role in financial decision-making and operations as we continue to enhance our product and scale our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Establish and maintain relationships with investors, including managing all investor reporting, communications, and relations.
• Actively participate in capital raising and manage the company's burn rate.
• Develop complex financial models specific to the SaaS industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal pricing models.
• Plan for the financial scalability of the business, ensuring processes and systems can adapt to fast-paced growth.
• Manage due diligence processes for capital raising, partnerships, or exit.
• Oversee subscription billing and related revenue recognition.
• Define, track and analyze SaaS-specific performance metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior financial management role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Experience in a venture-backed startup and familiarity with fundraising rounds.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
