Ethisphere is Hiring a Remote Senior FP&A Analyst

Overview:

Ethisphere is seeking a growth oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to support our financial reporting and analysis needs as we scale and transform the Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will participate in key financial processes such as annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting. Additionally, you will own our SaaS & Subscription based KPI reporting and leverage your expertise in financial modeling to support a variety of stakeholders across the business and inform data driven decisions. Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reporting process.
    • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in capturing key financial metrics, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the business.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ARR reporting including the potential implementation of ARR reporting software.
  • Actively participate in monthly financial reporting processes and coordinate with relevant teams to compile timely and accurate delivery of financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analytics to track and analyze KPIs and sales results in alignment with the annual budget objectives.
  • Partner with sales leadership in the calculation and administration of sales commissions, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timeliness in compensation payments.
    • Leverage data analytics to track and evaluate sales performance against targets and collaborate closely with sales leadership to continuously refine incentive programs to drive desired outcomes and motivate sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to develop and update bi-weekly and monthly rolling cash forecasts.
    • Analyze financial data, assess cash flow trends, and identify risks and opportunities.
    • Implement efficient forecasting models to support effective cash management and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the development and launch of KPI frameworks and reporting systems for newly acquired businesses as necessary, facilitating their seamless integration into the organization’s consolidated financial reporting.
  • Play a pivotal role in the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast processes, leveraging advanced financial modeling skills to develop comprehensive forecasts in partnership with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to address specific inquiries or explore emerging issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, formulate hypotheses, and generate actionable insights, enabling agile decision-making and strategic responses to evolving business dynamics.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant financial experience, ideally in a high growth, VC or PE-backed SaaS company
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail with big-picture orientation
  • Strong experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Planning or comparable systems strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret financial results, formulate strategic recommendations and drive value creation.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue/EBITDA drivers
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
