Peeple Inc is Hiring a Sales Executive Near Austin, TX

Our Client

Our client is a proven commercial real estate design and construction expert that is actively breaking into new markets across the US due to its HUGE success. Established in 2010, they are consistently looking for new approaches and better solutions for the excessive time and cost found in the traditional architecture and construction models.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a proven Sales Executive in Austin that will be responsible for generating opportunities and meetings within their target market. You will be identifying and capitalizing on business through a sustained program of face-to-face meetings, cold calling, networking, emailing, and following up on referrals, opportunities, and leads. You will serve as the main contact leading the development of new business in the Austin market.

Key Responsibilities

-Execute day-to-day business development activities in line with KPIs set out by your manager that entails a sustained program of cold calling, networking, and email outreach

-Identifying key decision makers and influencers tied to new projects and finding ways to get in front of these stakeholders, leading compelling pitches, and delivering a strong narrative

-Collaborating with cross-functional team members that will be critical to the success of the customer journey

-Supporting the development of fresh and innovative approaches to identify and attract target clients

-Tapping into a variety of channels to discover and bring new project opportunities into the pipeline

-Maintaining rigor and discipline across the utilization of the CRM

Education/Experience 

-3 years of Business Development/Account Executive experience

-Experience managing a large pipeline of leads and developing a strategy to advance deals throughout the pipeline

-Strong foundation of cold calling experience and cold emailing, with the ability to network and nurture relationships

-Familiarity with complex sales cycles with the ability to sell to larger organizations

-Ability to deliver a strong and compelling story woven into a sales pitch to brokers, tenants, and other executives
