Role Overview:
We are searching for a Receptionist who embodies organization, efficiency, and a welcoming spirit. This role is crucial in creating first impressions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle opening and closing procedures for the office.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate client appointments and provide information as needed.
- Support the sales team and assist with the client intake process, including initial lead screening and setting PNC appointments.
- Maintain client profiles, handle correspondence, distribute mail, and manage daily and attorney calendars.
- Process payments, oversee petty cash, and greet clients, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained reception area.
- Provide additional clerical support as required.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrable punctuality and reliability.
