Purpose of this Position: To provide support to the Administrative Team and the facility as a whole by being the liaison between visitors and personal.
Key Responsibilities: • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Works closely with the Administrative team and handles additional duties when assigned and as needed.
• Handles coding and submitting bills and invoices to the AR department.

Traits/Skills/Other Requirements
o Proficient in the use of computer systems (Word, Excel, PCC, etc.)
o Must have excellent command of English language.
o Must possess the ability to make decisions using discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance to the Company.
o Must be in good standing with the Federal and State Government.
