Administrative Assistant

Pearson Design Group is seeking a Full-time Administrative Assistant with 3 years of experience. We are looking for people with an outgoing personality, exceptional written and oral communication skills, who are able to work independently or within a team, and are easily adaptable to change.

The ideal candidate will support the office as requested, including answering phones, running errands, ordering office supplies, scanning, troubleshooting printers, and coordinating office meetings.

The preferred candidate would have thorough understanding of computer technology, great organizational skills, and the drive to support others.

This position is 8-5, M-F (No exceptions).
