Orby recently raised a Series A round from top VCs with a strong track record of backing category-defining companies. Location: SF Bay Area Responsibilities
Collaborate with the founders and initial GTM team to define the marketing strategy and plan for driving inbound leads
Work closely with the sales team to refine target accounts, build account-based marketing strategy and launch integrated campaigns
Implement and optimize lead gen campaign, especially with field marketing activities such as local events
Leverage creative content to drive engagement and leads
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, events and promotions to engage with target audience and support lead gen efforts
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the marketing efforts. Use data to make informed decisions and iterate on strategies.

Where We Work
We work in a hybrid model. During the week we're in the office three days a week. During the day we have core hours when everyone is expected to be available. We are currently hiring in Sunnyvale, CA, although we do sometimes make exceptions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or startup industry.
Proven track record of successful marketing execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Having worked in enterprise software industry (deal size $200K plus)
Having worked in product marketing for AI or related emerging technologies
Having worked in early stage startups
Having owned the demand gen marketing of an entire product or platform
