Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR needs for multiple clients (compliance, employee relations)
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee engagement
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off

```Qualifications```
- SHRM Certified professional with proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive role
- Knowledge of HRIS Systems
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in conflict management and resolution
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition processes
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team of HR professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership to drive organizational success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,400.00 - $66,000.00 per year
