Join our team of medical professionals. We're a multiple location, patient-focused Ear, Nose and Throat clinic seeking to add an experienced patient care coordinator to our practice. Initially the position will be open Monday-Thursday in our Denver location while current employees help cover maternity leave. In November, the position would switch to Monday, Wednesday, Friday in our Broomfield/Brighton locations. Opportunities to grow and pick up other shifts will be available long-term.
Job Responsibilities include:
-Providing compassionate customer service as the first face of our practice
-Answering high-volume telephone calls
-Maintain medical records
-Scheduling patients
-Check-In/Check-out
-Collecting copays/balances
-Insurance Verification/Referrals
Candidates should be:
-EHR experienced
-able to multi-task
-able to communicate effectively
-organized
-detail-oriented
-dependable and punctual
-a team player
-able to perform within HIPAA/ OSHA standards
-Spanish speaking is a plus
