Position: Medical Receptionist
Type: 6 month contract to hire
Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: 730am-4pm (30 minute lunch break)
Must Haves:
- 1 year of front desk experience in medical environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to take and follow direction
- Previous experience in fast paced environment
- Answering phone calls, scheduling, scanning documents
Plusses:
- Medical Clinic experience
Day to day:
Insight Global is looking for a First Impressions Coordinator to sit onsite Monday-Friday in the Denver area. They will be responsible for the following but not limited to –
- Welcoming patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the phone
- Answering and routing busy phones
- Checking in the patient in a timely manner
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Prioritizing the urgency of patients’ needs
- Daily appointment reminder calls · Printing out paperwork that’s needed
- Carefully reading patient paperwork to ensure correct services are provided
- Printing out schedules daily · Contacting clients to obtain authorization for services
- Keeping reception area organized and presentable
- Scanning documents to EMR system
