- Proficiency in MS Office suite and sales management systems

- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team to achieve goals
- Inputting rooming list, Detailed sales lead, and additional information into Envision Sales.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and demonstrate a client-first mentality
- Coordinate events from turnover to execution, ensuring flawless experience and client satisfaction
- Utilize sales systems efficiently to track leads, manage bookings, and analyze sales data
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of events
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and event strategies
