Sales Coordinator

Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, we specialize in our top-of-the-line lighting products! We do everything from flashlights, to headlamps to safety gear and cutting tools. We started off as a family run business and have made our way in the light space for over 50 years!

We are looking for a skilled Sales Coordinator who is going to be the right hand of the Sales Director. You will be responsible for handling new and existing accounts, doing account management, and targeting companies who could use our products. You will also be the point of contact for new item set-ups as well as orders and delivery status!

-Need this person in-office 5 days a week-

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment
• Provide sales presentations and product assortments to potential customers
• Create planograms for displaying products
• Maintain customer data and analyze customer trends to improve sales and customer service
• Develop marketing strategies and promotions to grow customer base
• Manage vendor portals and new item set-up
• Support trade show activities and coordinate travel arrangements
• Provide project management support
• Attend trade-shows throughout the year - will travel up to 30 days a year-

Qualifications:

• 2 years in sales or customer service
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite
• Strong product and sales forecasting skills
