The Director of People Programs will assist with the development and implementation of comprehensive programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and overall organizational effectiveness. The Director of People Programs will play a role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring our people practices align with our values and business objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;.
3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on program management, talent development, and/or organizational effectiveness.
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective people programs and initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing employee engagement, talent development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of driving change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
