Our innovative Core 5 targeting strategy ensures that we are always at the forefront of clients who are ready to make a purchase. By collaborating with community partners such as leasing agents, lenders, builders, real estate agents, and model home attendants, we secure a steady stream of high-quality leads. While our primary focus is on providing AT&T Fiber internet, we also seize the opportunity to introduce value-added services like TV service with DIRECTV Stream and home security/automation solutions from ADT. At Peach Pro Fiber, professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity are the cornerstones of our culture.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners to generate leads and referrals.
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify potential customers.
- Educate clients on the benefits of AT&T Fiber internet and related services.
- Customize packages to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of internet and telecommunications services (preferred but not required).
