The Position
SUMMARY
Take the lead at the frontline of our company!In this multifaceted role - part service, part sales, all pro-customer - you'll provide superior customer service on inbound calls / emails and make outbound calls / emails to high potential customers for the purposes of growing their business.
You will be primarily supporting identified customers in our Long-Tail programs as well as continuing to offer overflow support to all of out Tier 5 customers.
