The Position

SUMMARY

Take the lead at the frontline of our company!In this multifaceted role - part service, part sales, all pro-customer - you'll provide superior customer service on inbound calls / emails and make outbound calls / emails to high potential customers for the purposes of growing their business.

You will be primarily supporting identified customers in our Long-Tail programs as well as continuing to offer overflow support to all of out Tier 5 customers.

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES

  • Serve as the expert point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails, online chat and internal chat requests from customers and internal partners.
  • Support and facilitate the sales process from shopping to shipping.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and meet growth metrics and KPI's.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records to ensure a consistent and positive experience for customers.
  • Work with your teammates to facilitate calls, manage workflow and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
  • Showcase the company's strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization and offerings unique.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and team goals for the upcoming week.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Vitality and positive attitude - a smile present in the voice and the written word
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technology and sales tools
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • High School Equivalent or GED
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Internet searching
  • 1 year experience within Customer Service Department
