SUMMARY

Responsible for developing and executing PCNA’s marketing and communications strategy for the agency channel. They will develop and execute high impact campaigns utilizing modernized design and targeted messaging leveraging data to track performance. As a collaborative leader, creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and problem solver, this role will devise new and innovative ways to present our brand story to reach target audiences. Primary responsibility to scope, develop, and drive execution of initiatives and marketing campaigns supporting the Agency channel with both new customer acquisition and growing the existing customer base. Supports agency channel sales team to drive demand and onboard new customers through the development of effective collateral and sales plays.

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES

  • Set strategy, measurable goals, and objectives for programs and campaigns.
  • Develop compelling content leveraging differentiators to drive high impact messaging.
  • Creates channel specific creative content to drive demand for target customers.
  • Development of a customer segmentation model and maintenance of the segmentation personas.
  • Contribute to lead process including campaign definition, lead scoring, lead routing, dispositioning, and nurturing as leads turn into sales enablement targets.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to assess, track and report, and develop insights on key metrics, improving performance throughout the funnel
  • Develop quarterly brand presentations and business review templates and train sales team on best practices.
  • Analyze and interpret customer data to identify opportunities.
  • Creates multi-channel communication plans and assets to drive demand.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and proven ability to tell a story through slides
  • Proven ability to scope, execute, and drive marketing initiatives
  • Strong decision-making skills utilizing data and insights
  • Analytical with ability to define KPIs and pivot initiatives based on performance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Expert communicator across a wide range of employees (e.g. marketing team, executive team)
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Deadline and results-driven
  • Fast learner with creative problem-solving skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related degree
  • 8 years in marketing communication, marketing management, brand management, product management, or related role
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation capabilities for external facing audiences
  • Experience working directly with sales reps and the lead funnel/MQL process
  • Experience developing sales tools and collateral
  • Deep understanding of the agency business and operations acquired through experience working at an agency or with agency partners is a plus
