Overview:
PCC Cleaning and Restoration, a dynamic and innovative restoration company is seeking a talented and experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of reconstruction projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of project management expertise in the reconstruction field and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor and adjust project schedules to meet changing needs and priorities.
Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project expenditures.
Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control standards to meet or exceed client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet industry standards.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress. Address client concerns promptly and work to resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and ensure project success.
Qulifications:
Proven experience as a Reconstruction Project Manager with a successful track record of managing large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Pay is based on experience and can be discussed in an interview.
