Key Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance and Operations:
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
- Oversee all repair, maintenance, and renovation projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
- Manage emergency maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Evaluate contractor performance services.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and maintain high staff morale.
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Provide regular reports to property management in reference to property.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants.
- Address and resolve tenant complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the property adheres to all local regulations and building codes.
- Implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety drills and update emergency preparedness plans.
- Develop and enforce property policies to ensure a safe and respectful community environment.
- Update and maintain property management documents and records.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to review procedures and address any issues.
- A minimum of 5 experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational, budgeting, and financial management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi/BuildingLink) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
