PBJ&M HR Consultants is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near St. Louis, MO

.Introduction:

Our client, a successful West St. Louis County remediation and restoration firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Project Coordinator to manage and oversee the processes surrounding compliance issue management for reconstruction, restoration and remediation projects. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with people and helping them transition from chaos and loss to calm and normality. Knowledge & Abilities:

The successful candidate will possess strong, hands-on working knowledge of:

  • Monitoring and managing project progress.
  • Communicating with homeowners, insurance adjustors, internal staff and other stakeholders involved in the projects.
  • Understanding basic financial statements and work processes.
  • Preparing correspondence and other documents.
  • Proven ability to develop trust based relationships with all stakeholders.

Education:

High School graduate and/or administrative assistant school graduate; Associates degree Business would be a plus.

  • Action oriented, understanding how to establish a plan for achieving results and goals and then delivering on them.
  • Attention to detail, must be obsessed with details, you have complete ownership and responsibility for your projects and work products.
  • Highly customer focused, looking to wow the customers.
  • Outgoing, personable and professional.
  • Problem solving, the right candidate will be expected to determine, execute and deliver on tasks being accomplished through a common-sense approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Experience:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in administrative project management, preferably in a construction, trades, insurance, mortgage processing or related work industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and job demands.
  • Strong MS Office and good computer skills.
  • Proven customer service skills developing trusting client relationships encompassing confidential and sensitive information.

Other:

  • Must be US work authorized.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • No relocation available for position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
