Experience building and developing engineering teams that exhibit strong ownership, user empathy, and engineering excellence. Proven track record of delivering high quality systems and software that bring value to users. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders’ expectations. Ability to coach and mentor talent to reach their full potential. Experience in building large scale, high throughput, low latency systems. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, modern technology topics and frameworks, and developer operations best practices.
