Background: We are the central business operations team for the Sales Organization, working with the top sales executives and key sales leaders in the organization that ensures smooth ongoing business operations while look forward and enable the next wave of growth. We partner with Marketing and Product teams to collaborate end-to-end on what is best for our customer as well as working very closely with corporate teams like Finance, Analytics and HR to optimize operations. This is a role with enormous diversity, complexity and is full of intellectual challenges. It will require superb mental agility with the scope for enormous value creation. Requirements: Lead strategic initiatives central to the sales organization across segments Execute Chief of Staff responsibilities for senior Sales Leader Support the production of the Enterprise, Partner and Business Operating Reviews to CEO and SLT Create, manage, and maintain specific communications and cadence for All Hands meetings, Exec meetings, team meetings, ongoing communications Create opportunities for synergies across the business on topics such as developing business models, organizational design and cross-functional initiatives to drive long term business results Build productive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence Utilize frameworks to help structure the team’s thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment Deliver excellent written, presentation and verbal communication up to the senior executive level Work independently, deal with ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment focused on results Highly accountable, with ability to independently lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple subject areas Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within senior-level audiences Operate in a highly complex cross-functional matrixes organization structure to drive direction, decision making, and priorities Proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to anticipate business needs Exhibit the highest standards of integrity and be pleasant & fun to work with Provide high-level support to executive staff in leadership meetings, operational review meetings, and reporting progress against goals and status of internal initiatives Streamline/automate existing processes and recommend process improvements to improve the efficiency of the company Develop, track and report key business metrics in partnership with finance and analytics Partner and collaborate with cross-organizational functions such as Analytics, Data Science, Product, Finance, HR, and other Planning and Operations functions to help deliver on various objectives Basic Qualifications: 12 years experience in directly relevant roles in technology, strategic, business planning and analysis, project/program management, financial management and reporting. Direct relevant experience within a larger, leading/high growth technology company is highly preferred Excellent verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels Outstanding written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Highly skilled in the creation of presentations, new reporting mechanisms and other documents. High attention to detail with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and distill it in crisp, clear language appropriate for a variety of audiences Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint) required Strong process orientation and demonstrated ability to define and document new or improved business planning and management processes and reporting mechanisms.
