Coffee 'n Clothes is Hiring a Remote New Business / Sales Director (Remote)
Coffee ’n Clothes is looking for a New Business / Sales Director to join our Sales and Partnerships team. You will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers as well as the expansion of existing accounts. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide for working with Coffee ‘n Clothes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach to new and existing customers
Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across all departments within a company
Be an initial point of contact for new client opportunities, while managing timelines across multiple potential engagements
Have a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level
Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solutions
Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
Partnering with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise
Collaborate across internal cross-functional teams to create business development materials, including pitch documents, presentation decks, case studies and website updates. You’ll work directly with company leadership as well as our new business and marketing team.
Research new business prospects to qualify opportunities and uncover valuable client insights to drive our approach.
Manage our case studies and maintain our business development database to ensure we have an accurate picture for our CRM efforts.
Manage pitches and proposals from start-to-finish, including the development of pitch strategies alongside product management, design and production teams
Maintain online databases and update materials for revenue organization
Work within our CRM and tech stack for pipeline management
Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in sales
Experience selling to the C-suite
Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
You have the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease, strategically prioritize them, and analyze opportunities to make recommendations on approaches.
Demonstrated self-starter comfortable trying new things, quick to learn new skills and able to proactively identify new opportunities.
Well versed in CRMs
Knowledgeable in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
People orientated and not afraid to ask questions and collaborate cross-functionally
Fluent in English and able to communicate with finesse
