Description

The Billing Specialist position is responsible for enabling client products purchased, inputting billing rates into the system, and basic auditing functions as a part of process control.

Timeliness and accuracy of the billing process along with communication skills across multiple departments is the key for success with this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Auditing pricing proposals for quality definitions prior to inputting billing
• Enables products purchased by clients within the Paycom system
• Grants access to necessary internal parties for servicing products
• Inputs billing detail and pricing amounts into Paycom system based on client purchase agreement
• Assumes responsibility for ensuring all additional services are turned on accurately and timely
• Auditing billing loaded in system as part of process control
• Serve as a resource to Sales organization for pricing questions
• Process adjustments timely and accurately
• Maintain accurate logs of billing additions and adjustments

Qualifications

Education / Certification :

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 years’ experience related to Billing, Banking, Finance, or General Administrative work

Experience :

• Admin Experience
• Proficient with Excel and Word

• Ability to multi-task
• Strong computer skills (excel and keying skills)
