JobDescription :
The Maintenance Coordinatorplays a critical role as he will be the point of contact with ourcustomers to ensure that all needed details to process themaintenance request are available and it meets our policy.
Althoughsome time will be spent physically helping with fulfilling thoseorders time will also be spent within the system tracking andmaintaining records and reports.
To be successful the associatemust maintain strong customer colleague and vendor relationshipsand have a strong knowledge of safety protocols and propermaintenance procedures.
Selfmotivated without supervision withgreat attention to detail and willing to go above and beyond whatis asked.
Responsibilities :
- Receives orders fromcustomers
- Performs work according to standardprocedure
- Contact customers to confirm pulldate and address
- Monitor performance standards and targetsto provide a consistently high level of service to the business andour customers
- Arrange pulling / delivering itemswith DeliveryTeam
Qualification :
Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
