Our client in Richmond, VA is seeking a direct-hire Executive Assistant to support multiple executives! If you are a strong professional with 6 years of proven executive support experience, apply now!

About the Job:

• Manage daily calendars for multiple executives, showcasing flexibility and problem-solving skills to accommodate last-minute changes.
• Arrange conference rooms, catering, audio/video equipment, and other services for meetings and conferences.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and promptly create expense reports.
• Draft professional business communications such as memos, letters, and emails.
• Foster positive business relationships with executives and administrative staff company wide.
• Prepare presentations and relevant materials, and perform additional administrative duties and projects as assigned.

About You:

• 6 years of relevant executive support experience.
• Effective interaction with management at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative working style with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

About the Position:

• $80K-$85K, depending on experience.
• 100% onsite in Richmond, VA.
• Potential for annual bonus!
