Paver Rescue is Hiring an Office Manager Near Indianapolis, IN

Paver Rescue is a privately-owned residential service company located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The primary focus of Paver Rescue is working with homeowners to restore and maintain their paver patios, driveways, pool decks and walkways, as well as their concrete surfaces and indoor tile.

Paver Rescue is looking for a career-minded individual possessing a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. The Office Manager role will ensure that our client’s needs and expectations are met or exceeded, while also ensuring that the Paver Rescue vision and mission are being fulfilled. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated customer experience specialist to enhance our customers’ experience.

Your ability to create trust with our customers will allow our small business to grow through the continued yearly maintenance program. We’ll ask that you perform your responsibilities meeting and exceeding the expectations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to identify and anticipate customer needs and respond to customer queries taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
  • Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment.
  • Scheduling of appointment, meetings and events.
  • Implement and update policies and procedures.
  • Data entry and CRM management.
  • Building reports and showcasing data to team members.
  • HR related tasks such as onboarding, time tracking, time off requests, disciplinary and grievance issues, and maintaining employee records.
  • Responsible for A/R, billing and expense tracking.
  • Dispatching and scheduling of our technicians and notifying clients of any changes.
  • Lead management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a customer experience specialist or similar customer support role.
  • Past experience dealing with customer engagement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centered approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Apple operating systems (macOS, iOS).
  • Software proficiencies (MS Office, CRM, QuickBooks).
  • Data Entry experience a plus.
  • Complete a successful background check, driving record check and drug screening.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School degree or equivalent, 2 years of college preferred
