WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE A SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR?
At Paul Mitchell The School St. Louis you will not only be responsible for providing our guests with excellent customer service. This position provides the first impression of the school by accommodating all guests who call or enter the facility. Additionally, our Service Desk Coordinators get to participate in assisting and mentoring our Future Professionals as the learn an observe the systems associated with what it takes to have a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out.
