Join our vibrant team at Paul Logistics, we’re searching for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Manager for our Logistics Division! In this invigorating position, you'll spearhead the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of our customer base. Although you won't handle relationships with existing customers, you'll concentrate on bringing in fresh business through strategic outreach and networking endeavors. You'll be implementing growth-driving strategies and maximizing revenue in this exhilarating role. 

Requirements

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and nurture business opportunities, formulate and implement strategies to expand our customer base, and maximize revenue generation. 
  • Strong Excel skills being able to effectively organize and analyze data, create reports and presentations, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and cultivate a diverse portfolio of prospective clients and key stakeholders to drive mutual growth. 
  •  Emphasizes teamwork, where reaching out, closing deals, and being rewarded are all done collaboratively as a team. It's about engaging in an environment that values collective goal achievement, thriving in a lively and cooperative atmosphere, and actively contributing to our shared successes. 
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective sales techniques.

    business objectives.
