The Human Resources Generalist provides strategic and tactical support for the HR Director by performing HR-related duties on a professional level. Exhibits ethical behavior, promotes trust and credibility, prevents legal liability, supports employee well-being, fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion, and enhances organizational reputation. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: full cycle recruitment, affirmative action and employment law compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, and onboarding. Handles confidential information with high integrity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; at least three years of human resources or related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years HR Generalist experience preferred. Previous experience working for a federal contractor/subcontractor a plus.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
Active and valid Driver License from the United States of America.
Travel:
25% travel to job fairs, military bases, schools, and offices within Company footprint. Will require occasional overnight travel and overnight stays.
