Our client, an established retail company , is recruiting for an HR Generalist opportunity at their headquarters based in North Charlotte .
If you have HR experience and love doing all-things-HR in a small business environment, then this role could be a great fit for you.
You will be passionate in leading recruiting efforts, in partnering with ownership to support talent retention, onboarding, and organizational development, as well as maintaining and creating HR processes and procedures to ensure team communication in a multi-location establishment.
Office hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday thru Friday with a 30-minute lunch break. You will be working onsite 5 days a week for at least the first 60-90 days until you get established, but you will have the opportunity for a hybrid arrangement after (1 day a week offsite).
Please note: if you are selected to move forward, you will be required to complete a culture assessment prior to beginning the interview process
