Have you been part of a top leadership team crafting the path of a private business culture to extreme success?
Do you love living in the land of the grey while juggling multiple priorities?
If you have 5 years of experience leading HR in a dynamic growing company, we would love to talk to you. With 7 locations (and adding more), we need an "A" player to:
1. Mold the culture – the right person will break down silos, encourage teams and teach them to perform at ever increasing levels. Hiring the right "A" players as we grow and assisting with acquisitions to increase the diversity, strength and performance of our culture is also key.
2. Develop people – coach managers and leaders in how to spot the right people to motivate and teach them to get to the next level on a continuous basis. Periodically we may need you to step in and do that as all of us are juggling.
3. Liability protection – for compliance and doing the right thing, implement and use the right policies where we have a strong Kevlar vest against any bullets headed our way as we grow.
As a 14 year old organization that has 110 employees and desires to be the best of the best, let us know if you would like to join our leadership team on our path to our 2025 Vision!
