About Position
AsEnterprise Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to help build out our customer account management strategy for our diverse product lines. You will also directly manage some of our most strategic customers, drive efficiency in our existing onboarding processes, continuously refine and iterate on our customer success playbook, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations.
