ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
ABOUT THE COMPANY:

- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will get trained by the Sr Accounts Receivable Specialist, and report to the Accounting Manager
OVERVIEW OF THE AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Generates or reviews invoices and account statements or balances
- AR Specialist processes refunds and/or posting activity
- Performs account reconciliations
- AR Specialist prepares journal entries
- Balances daily batches and reports
- Assists with audit requests and schedules
- AR Specialist researches and resolves routine inquiries concerning account status
- Monitors payments, tracks overdue accounts, and processes for collections
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Excel and Accounting software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
