OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Process and post customer payments to accounts
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues
- Generate and send out invoices
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve payment concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
- 2 years of AR experience and data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft office software
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- EDI experience will be helpful
