PASONA N A, INC. is Hiring an Outside Sales Associate Near Village, IL

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL (100% onsite)

Hours: M-F: 9AM – 6PM 1 hr lunch

Salary: 50K


Essential Job Functions

  • Meets the monthly and annual sales quota.
  • Develops and maintains relationship with potential and existing clients.
  • Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
  • Conducts market research, develops and implements strategies for sales.
  • Visits customers and potential customers to provide support, information, and sell the Company’s products.
  • Coordinates with the accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner.
  • Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with purchasing departments, warehouse, and other involved parties to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
  • Coordinates urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs.
  • Inputs and updates orders within the Company database in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot problems regarding products provided and handles complaints
  • Attends semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a weekend.
  • Attends Company events outside of normal working hours.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food industry.
  • Maintains a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience in food industry, preferably in Japanese food industry is plus.
