Pioneer Fibers located in Elk Grove Village, IL has an opportunity for a Sales Representative.
Job Description
We're looking for someone who will handle current customers’ service needs for our shredding and recycling lines of business. The Sales Representative will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism while engaging with customers and prospects via phone and email. The ideal candidate will be focused, have strong communication skills, and have the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities
- Answering inquiries from new and existing customers.
- Understanding customers' needs and quote pricing.
- Developing new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Sales or Marketing preferred)
- Two years' experience in a similar role
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined
- Knowledge of lead generating software (Sales Force) preferred
- Networking skills
