Position for the Business development / Sales representative- Japanese bilingual

Base : $80K around

Remote office but wants to look for candidates who is local area

【Export Aerospace Parts】

1)Negotiation spec, price, leadtime and other business issues with Supplier (mostly in US)

2)Maintain customer's credit to us

3) Send RFQ to potential suppliers and Create competitive price Quote to customer

4)Instruct of documentation to Sales assistant for import and export for custom clearance

5)Manage Open orders and push supplier or negotiate with customer if needed

6) New supplier exploring per customer needs

7) Translate during business meeting with customer and supplier if needed

8) Manage team members day by day work

9) Report to Executive Vice President

10) Responsible for Sales budget and report business progress and issues to management weekly and monthly

【Import Li-ion Battery parts】

1) Maintain relationship with customer

2) Direct sales assistant for documentation from issue PO to import and until issue sales invoice and collect funds

3) Create delivery plan monthly based on customer forecast

4) Maintain proper inventory volume based on variety of situation like port congestion, demand increase etc.

5) Maintain Customer production line by managing entire supply chain

6)Responds customer questions and inquiry and quality issue by cooperate with supplier ( Group company)

7) Organize Weekly online meeting with Supplier in Asia

8) Attend weekly online meeting with Customer

【Import sub-mount】

1) Responsible for RFQ and coordinate spec and price issues between supplier and customer

2) Manage open orders and leadtime negotiation if needed.

【New product Marketing and business expand opportunity Exploring】

1) Find marketing channel to expand new products

2)Attend exhibition to find potential customer and supplier
