Partnership Employment is Hiring a HRIS Analyst Near Milford, MA

Our client, a construction group in the MetroWest area, is looking to hire an HRIS Analyst that will work closely with the implementation and improvement of their current payroll system!

In this role, you will be in constant communication with the finance, HR, and IT departments as you work together to identify what is required of the payroll system. You will also play a large part in creating and maintaining payroll reports while also training system end users and assisting with system testing.

The ideal candidate will have multi-state payroll experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of HRIS solutions, with a primary focus on payroll modules.
  • Configure and customize HRIS platforms to align with organizational requirements and best practices.
  • Perform data migration and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and user training to support successful implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for payroll systems, including updates and enhancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
